Sahara came to Forgotten Ferals pregnant, and gave birth to six kittens while in foster care. Sadly, five of her babies were unable to survive the first weeks of life, and Sahara was soon alone. We believe that this was not the first time that this happened to this sweet girl. Sahara spent years living outdoors. Adjusting to life indoors and the company of people takes time, but Sahara is learning that humans can be kind, and can provide good food, warmth, and gentle hands. We are looking for a quiet home for her where she can continue to know that she is safe and loved.
